We're pleased to offer a postal service for our clients located further afield. This means we can provide our services to you no matter where you are!
How It Works
1. Book In
Please call or message us to book you items in. This enables us to fully discuss your requirements and book adequate time to complete your order.

We typically offer a 24-hour turnaround service for pre-booked items, but please note that additional work or parts may require a longer processing time.
2. Complete Order Form
Download our Postal Service Form and print it out. Complete the form with your contact details and any additional information about your requirements, as you may need more than just a sharpening service if your equipment is faulty or not performing correctly. If you are unable to print the form, simply write us a note that includes your name, address, contact number, and email address, along with a list of items you’re sending and any other relevant details. This enables us to call you if we have any questions and return your items to you once the work has been completed.
3. Post
To ensure safe and secure delivery, please package your equipment carefully and include your postal order form with your contact details. If you're using Royal Mail the link below gives details on how to package items safely and their current guidelines, of course you are welcome to use a courier service of your choice.

For your peace of mind, we will notify you upon receipt of your items and again when the work is completed and on its way back to you. Do remember to check you include adequate postal insurance when sending items as most Royal Mail & Courier services have minimal cover.
4. Payment & Return
Once we complete the work, we will send you an invoice (Your can view our Price List here for sharpening and servicing). If any additional parts or repairs are necessary, we will contact you with a quote prior to commencing any work. Please ensure payments are made via bank transfer, and upon receipt, we will promptly return your items using 1st Class Royal Mail. If you wish to add insurance for postage, just let us know. We only charge you the actual cost or postage (and insurance if requested) there are no additional charges for packaging.
